Does the installation require new wiring?

No! We use existing cables to provide the services. However, it is possible an installation may require some work, but this occurs seldom, in rare circumstances.

How much time does the installation require?

An installation requires 15 to 30 minutes.

Can I transfer my phone number?

Yes, it is possible. Just put in the request when ordering.

Is Internet really unlimited?

The unlimited is “unlimited” in as much as it is residential Internet usage. Per our terms and services, you may not use the Internet to power servers or for commercial use. For such a situation, a different rate applies.

May I disable the account temporarily as I go on vacation for 3 months?

Yes, it is possible to put the account on hold for a maximum period of 6 months. A fee of $12 per month is applied.
